The Ulster County Horse Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to all equestrians to encourage cooperation and participation among people interested in preserving, promoting and improving the overall equine environment in Ulster County, NY, as well as other activities/organizations which serve to benefit the equine group as a whole. Membership includes liability insurance for your horse!

This UCHC is strictly a volunteer group, made up of individual recreational and professional horse owners, farm advocates and local community and business people.
