UCHC $500 Scholarship

Ulster County Horse Council is accepting applications for the 2009 fall UCHC Scholarship.  Applicant must be attending college. Must be from Ulster County and have a connection to horses, not required to be pursuing a career in the Equine Industry. 

The applicant is to submit a written essay about how the economy of 2009 is having effect on the horse industry and what suggestions they have in any way big or small that they could help fellow horse owners. The essay can be on a personal level of changes you have made to be come more economically aware, or on a larger level of how the industry could work together to economize our footprint in the horse world.
